Jo and I compliment each other very well. We both have our individual specialties allowing us to work independently most of the time maximizing our value to you. We charge only about 1/3 that of our licensed counterparts in the region.

Quality Doesn't Cost Extra

Whether you need a kitchen or bath remodel, a new garbage, disposal or a deck, you want it done properly. Depending on the scope of your project we can function as your handyman or your contractor, coordinating the activities of the sub-contractors.

Preventive Maintenance

Our caretaking service will help to alleviate those unexpected emergency repairs. Monthly or quarterly inspections and keeping up with necessary repairs help to maintain and increase the value of your home and your quality of life.

Deep Clean

Nothing is better for your home, rental or office than a yearly
deep cleaning.

Our Promise to You

1. All the work we do and materials we select are warranted for one year.

2. You will always receive notification if we are running late.

3. We don't charge a service call fee and our minimum charge is just 1.5 hours.

4. You will not be asked for an advance payment.

5. If we uncover issues we didn't anticipate when we gave our initial estimate, we’ll give you an immediate heads up before proceeding, no end zone surprises!
